After long last

Hello there friends!

 It's been a long while since I first created this game back at the tail end of 2022. I was really excited to see that a few people had downloaded and enjoyed my game and was looking forward to some new Playdate projects I had in the works! Unfortunately, at the beginning of 2023, my life took a turn for the worse. I won't go into all the details, but in short order, between 2023 and 2024, my father died, I lost my job, and I went through a nasty divorce. It was a hellish period of time for me. In the middle of all of this personal strife, Panic updated the Playdate in a way that would require all games written for it to be recompiled and uploaded against the new Playdate SDK, otherwise they would not work. With everything going on for me, I just didn't have the mental capacity to dig my FlipFlop project back out, dust it off, and figure out how to get it compiling again.

As you can see, that time of troubles is now long past, and I am once more looking forward to a period of focus on independent game development. Before I worked on anything else, I needed to come back to this project and get it working again. With FlipFlop 1.1, you'll once again be able to play the classic game of Reversi on Playdate while listening to the fantastic music of b.trx!
